This is a concurrent resolution, but an important one. For years, Delaware has been floundering public education in our state. Senate Concurrent Resolution #38 would seek the opinion of the highest court in our state to find out if we are even following our own Constitution with what has been going on. For some reason it was left on the table during consideration in the Senate, which means they will get back to it at another time. But this is timely and necessary.
