The Season Of Myths 
Delaware needs to open up, in all areas of the city, home schooling centers, ratio 8:1, in Community centers, churches, Mosques, and all such. Do not teach to the test, rather teach for skill comprehension and critical thinking. There is little to lose, and much to gain, for the difficult, needy, at-risk youth. Involve social agencies i.e. Children’s & Families First, for meeting the out-of-school needs.
