As usual, when I search for something, I find something I never expected. Such was the case this evening. Even more strange, what I found was something I actually did. Last winter and spring, I published several emails from the DOE that I obtained through someone else’s FOIA request. To my recollection, and I couldn’t find it on my blog, I never published this one. It didn’t have much of a story around it. But with finding this one name included in this email, it started to make me wonder.
