Dr. Wilma Mishoe sets precedent at Delaware State University, after being elected as the first interim president at Delaware State University, alongside Dr. Devona Williams who is her Vice Chairperson. Together they have made history being elected as the first two women to the University’s highest two positions. Dr. Mishoe is set to start her tenure on January 28th, 2018. Many responsibilities come with this territory. Dr. Mishoe has the experience from previous Universities and Boards plus a supportive staff which crowns her a great nominee for this job.
Dr. Wilma Mishoe along with 3 other siblings, were born to Luna and Hattie Mishoe and raised in Dover, Delaware.
