We need a fresh clean slate. These people are about as worthless as tits on a bull.

Just who is accountable for education in Delaware? Your guess is as good as mine. The General Assembly? State School Board? The District School Boards? The State Department of Education? The US Department of Education? The system is so parsed, fragmented and disjointed, the answer is nobody. This is the way “they” like it. Impossible for the taxpayers to actually get a handle on how much and where the money is coming from and where it is being spent. Our State budget is 4.2 billion dollars of which 40% goes to “education” and now “Social Programs”. Hold on to your home equity folks, cause the state will soon be cost shifting “education” expenses to us, the home owners.
The only solution is a Delaware State School District with the Chancellor of Education as the CEO.
