Three Delaware charter schools were up for charter renewal: Campus Community School, MOT Charter School, and Providence Creek Academy. The State Board of Education approved their charter renewals. Nice and short article. No drama. Done. Next up…Delaware Met…
With each Charter renewal, 4 out of 5 Delaware students still in public schools, get less to be spent on them… Charters are a waste of money. That money educates far more in public schools, than it will in private. If people want a private education, have some private entity (church, business, or armed forces) pay for it. It should not come from property taxes designated for public schools in that property’s school district… It is, unconstitutional.
