House Bill 50, Parental Opt-Out of Standardized Testing

The crowds are waiting for the Delaware’s House Bill 50 to be heard on the floor of the House of Representatives.  Once the floor opens I will be live blogging.  This shall be interesting.  I’m hearing rumors about a change…

I’m not seeing many DOE reps over here.  Yvonne Johnson from the Delaware PTA is a few seats down from me.  I have a prime seat, and I will go live once it starts!
