An individual transcribed the complete Delaware Parent Teachers Association Parent Opt Out Town Hall from February 19th. Transcription is a very difficult endeavor. I’ve done it before, and it is time-consuming at best. The longest I’ve ever done it for was a forty-five minute meeting. This person did it for a two-hour meeting with multiple participants.
