I find it fascinating that other countries would read such an America-specific blog. But special education is not something that is just in America. And there are special needs children all over the world. I have found great advice in doing research on Jacob’s disabilities from other countries.

The Season Of Myths 
I was hoping for Greenland too, but apparently it counts territories separately, hence Puerto Rico, Hong Kong, and Greenland getting their own stats.
